Rene Marie Russo was an American actress, director and supermodel. Rene Marie Russo, born in the United States, is an actress, filmmaker and former supermodel. Her fame is based on her elegant beauty. The longevity of her career in a highly competitive industry is a testament to her talents and abilities in the field of performance. In April of 2015, Rose was a part of the fight against Carla Esparza for the inaugural Women s Strawweight Championship at The Ultimate Fighter 20 Finale in which she was victorious by technical knockout just 3 minutes into Round One which resulted in not only winning the title but also getting the honor of being named Fighter Of The Night along with creating history within MMA because this was the first time ever that a woman competed for a championship title with a major promoter worldwide . Namajunas had a number of wins following this fight and was named Performance Of The Night by UFC after her wins over Joanna Jedrzejczyk.
